Each twitter should have a twitter forum.
tforum allows you to create a free twitter forum to use along with your twitter account. Add your twitter forum to your profile at twitter.
Add your twitter forum in your twitter account:
1. Login your twitter account at twitter.com
2. Click "Profile"
3. Click "Edit your profile"
4. Scroll down to Web and put your forum's url there
